Comfortable room, convenient location, with a free shuttle service to the city center, made exploring easy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable Stay with Kind Staff

I spent three nights in a Junior Suite, enjoying the warm hospitality from the staff, especially Angie and Kylie. The cozy lobby and friendly atmosphere. For future guests, the gym is a great perk! Just be cautious about the laundry machines needing maintenance.

Very nice overall experience. Eco-friendly hotel in a pretty basic area close enough to main highways and the shopping malls of Mayfair and Uptown. Having a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in our cool room. Quick check-in and late check-out, efficient staff. Peaceful location, within walking distance of everywhere.

The Junior Suite hits the mark with a spacious layout, letting you stretch out after a long day. The complimentary breakfast is solid for a quick start, with decent options like pastries and coffee to make the morning less of a grind.

The shower curtain leaves the floor a soggy mess after a shower. The carpeting next to the bathroom feels like a design misfire. Wet feet from the shower only lead to its grime and odor. Parking can be a bit of a hassle since the space is shared with a nearby pub, leading to the occasional long trek back to your room at night.

it was convinient and cheap, our friends needed to have there dog stay somewhere and this hotel provided that for them, it was spacious enough as i also bought my 3month old son.

One of the rooms close to where we were staying had loud audible noises very early on Sunday morning on June 26th. Hotel guests need to be considerate of others when staying at this hotel.

It was just a decent option for a city break in Victoria with definitely value for money. I enjoyed my stay because the location was great with Mayfair Mall just across the street for shopping. Make sure to check out the nearby places for brunch. There are some tasty spots around.

It was a very convenient location for our necessary doctor's visit and they were able to allow us a late check-out to fit with our need to complete our business.

the on site restaurant was closed and apparently not reopening. We were still able to walk to suitable restaurant.

The quality of the bed was excellent. I got a better nights sleep than I do at home.

Just the inconvienance of the restaurant being closed for renovations. The one that was there, Brannigans, was very good, I have ate there many times. The one that is going in, Abc Country restaurant, is also very good. We were offered a 10% discount at a nearby restaurant for compinsation.

The staff delivered really good service, allowing an early check-in and helping us with our luggage right to Walmart. I enjoyed the clean room with attached shampoo and conditioner dispensers, which highlighted an eco-friendly approach. More seating in common areas could improve overall comfort during busy times, and the limited dining options left something to be desired. Parking could also be a challenge during peak hours.

Accent Inns Victoria has a charming, cute atmosphere with easy access to common areas. The complimentary rubber ducks were a good touch.

We were able to get in our room early and that was important to us as the wedding we were attending started early in the afternoon. The staff made sure everything was ready for us.
